This original M-1 Rear-Seam Helmet is authentic US military issued. This helmet was manufactured starting in 1966-67. The helmets were in service from 1966-1975. We provide the Heat Stamp for each individual helmet when possible. They display well on walls and on or near the crates for any military artifact collector.

SPECS: The M-1 Combat helmet has been used by the military since WWII. This particular helmet is from the Vietnam Era. Generally rear seam helmets are post WWII. Most M-1's were manufactured by McCord Radiator & Manufacturing Company and Schlueter Manufacturing Company. 22 million have been produced since 1945.

ROMANIAN M-73 HELMET
This Romanian M73 Steel Helmet is in excellent condition. The original straps and liner are in perfect condition.

SPECS: This genuine issue Romanian M73 Steel Helmet features a steel pot construction, leather padding, and an adjustable chin strap. It was primarily used in the 1970s, but its design dates back to pre-WWII and was modeled after the Dutch M38 and is similar in appearance to the M34.
