Free shipping! To alleviate any shipping & handling costs, we have made your checkout process even more smooth with shipping free of charge.
Most orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and also when it has been delivered. Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks.
We do our best to repurpose as much as possible, with that being said, we may use a recycled box to ship your product(s). Please be aware that your shipment may not appear to be from Artillery Works, as it may have another vendors logo on the sides. However, we ALWAYS attach our label to top of the packaging.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@artilleryworksco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery! Local delivery is available on orders of $100.00 or more.
After selecting local delivery and placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for delivery within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for delivery and when your package has arrived.
Please be sure to provide any delivery details (ie. gate codes, package drop-off location) at check out. This will help us ensure you receive your item(s) in a timely fashion!
Curbside Pickup
You can skip the wait of shipping & local delivery. After selecting local pickup and placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up and after you've departed with your package.
Our curbside pickup hours vary, so please be sure to coordinate with one of our team members via email for your pickup time. Please have your order confirmation email and identification with you when you come.
Note: If you miss your pickup date or know in advance you will not arrive, please contact us at sales@artilleryworksco.com immediately with the following information: name, order number, original pickup time & desired pickup date and time to arrange a new date and/or time.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Artillery Works Co. does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any of our items. We have a No Return, No Exchange & No Refund Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@artilleryworksco.com with your order number and a photo(s) of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
