Refund policy

Artillery Works Co. does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any of our items. We have a No Return, No Exchange & No Refund Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    However, we want to ensure you receive your product(s) in the same condition it was shipped. Please contact us if your purchase has incurred shipping damage.  We will be happy to make arrangements to repair your item or get you a replacement. We cannot guarantee the replacement will be exactly the same, since most items come to us in varying states of deterioration.

    Damage Return Claims

    To be eligible for a Damage Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; tags and labels still attached, without additional wear, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a 48 hour limit (from date of delivery) on Damage Return Claims

    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. Photos of damaged area(s) must be included. There is a 48 hour limit (from date of delivery) on Damage Return Claims.

    Note:  We do not accept liability if you exceed the weight limitations or for mounting errors. Keep in mind these crates are very weather worn and can be somewhat fragile. The Murphy Bar cannot accommodate heavy items placed on the door. 

    To start a Damage Return Claims, you can contact us at sales@artilleryworksco.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
